In Bogota, we have pico y placa. This means that with every license plate, the driver has to look at the last number on his license plate and there are two days of every week that the driver can not drive the car. With the number two, we can not drive this car every Tuesday and Friday. The dates rotate every year. So, we just get use to which car we can drive, and then the schedule changes. What an inconvenience.
